This Lot will serve both first-time homebuyers and rehab buyers who are middle income buyers.  Please use the correct forms for the type of loan being originated.  The forms for the First Time Homebuyer program are listed first. FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS
Buyers must be first-time homebuyers and meet the income and sales price limits of the 2004A program.  There are requirements for tax returns and final Recapture notices.

REHAB MIDDLE INCOME BUYERS
The income and sales price limits are those currently being used in the 2004B2 Program.  Please note:  these funds are limited to middle income buyers doing qualified rehab loans.  Other middle income buyers DO NOT QUALIFY.
